I’m a Christian, a father to two awesome kids, a husband to my beautiful wife Amber, and I have an unbelievable passion for the outdoors.
I was born in May 1991 in central Missouri. My parents own a motorcycle shop here in Sedalia, so you could imagine I grew up doing everything on two wheels. As I got older, I realized that I didn’t really fit in that mold, and really started to become engulfed in everything outdoors. It all started when I got my first pellet gun, and a buddy that lived two fields over from my parents’ house and I would scour those areas hunting squirrels and rabbits. Eventually deer and turkey hunting got added to the mix when I got a little older. The outdoors didn’t really grab a hold of me though until I graduated high school, but once it did (like most cases) it hasn’t let go yet.
After high school I did what I thought I was supposed to do, and went and worked at my family’s business. I worked there for a little over 10 years and then decided to venture off on my own (that alone is a whole story that I will get into).
Amber and I got married in October of 2011; I have been blessed to have married my best friend and adventure partner. In April of 2013, we had our son Brayton, who is absolutely ate up with hunting as much as I am. Then, in December of 2015, we had our beautiful daughter Lainey who loves to explore the wilderness as much as we all do.
